  • Due to the custom nature of the screen printing process, and flow of our backlog at the time of purchase, orders can take between 17 and 25 business days to be shipped from our facility
  • Orders placed online are provided an estimated delivery date prior to checking out. Most orders are shipped prior to the estimated delivery date. Some orders may take a little longer for shipment and delivery. 
  • Yes, all online orders require an approval from the customer of their artwork proof for production. Please note that orders not approved within 13 days of receiving the proof will be placed on hold.
  • Payment for the order does not constitute as an artwork approval for production. Orders cannot proceed into production until customer has approved the artwork proof for production

  • Due to the custom nature of the screen printing process all orders are allotted a 1” variance on the placement of the printed design. If the variance is greater than 1” please contact our customer service team for assistance. 
  • Due to the custom nature of the screen printing process, and monitor variances, we are unable to guarantee the exact hue/shade of a final printed design. Our team uses exact Pantone matches, but due the variance in the screen printing process we cannot guarantee an exact hue color 
  • Due to the nature of custom screen printing, our production team is only able to print orders based off the dimensions shown on the artwork proof for production. While we try our best to replicate the scale of the design on the proof, we encourage you to use our reference guide for further clarification of the design size. 
  • If the design is printed incorrectly please contact our customer service team for a quick resolution for your order. 
  • While we always try our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible, due to high volume we are unable to guarantee the delivery of your order prior to the estimated delivery date provided at checkout. Depending on the current backlog, and complexity of the order, we may be able to accommodate certain situations. Please reach out to our customer service team. 
  • Yes, we have 3 rush options available at checkout. Please refer to our rush options guide
  • Orders that have been placed but yet completed can cancel order within 10 days of purchase 
  • Orders that are canceled after 10 days of purchase will incur a 10% cancellation/restocking fee 
  • Orders that have been completed and shipped are not available for cash refunds. Please contact our customer service team for assistance 
  • We ship all orders from Huntsville, Alabama. We ship all orders via UPS ground. Please refer to transit time map for estimated transit time to your location. 
  • We do offer upgraded shipment options of 3 day air, 2nd day air, and next day air
  • While are working everyday to increase our delivery time, we offer an industry standard delivery time for custom screen printed orders. All orders typically take 17-25 business days to be shipped after purchase is completed. 

Frequently Asked Questions - Package Deals

Typically - the most common reason that we see a cart being $499 or greater than $399 is for 1 of 3 reasons:

 

  1. The design/order is a front and back print. This is considered a 2 location print and will add additional costs
  2. The design has more than 1-2 ink colors in it. The special pricing is for a 1-2 ink color design & increases as the more ink colors are added
  3. Sizes 2XL and greater also incur extra fees
  • The 20% off verbiage used in the ad copy is for the 20% that is already discounted in the $399 pricing. The normal pricing for 100 softstyle shirts with a 1-2 color front is $499, so the $399 pricing already includes the 20% off
  • The 20% 'welcome' discount cannot be applied to package offers or discounted products. This allows us to keep this packages as long-term options to reward returning customers vs rewarding first time customers with 20% off a package offer
  • No - in order for the $399 package pricing to work for our business model, each design must be 100+ shirts to qualify for the $399 package pricing. 
  • While we try our best to ship out all orders prior to their estimated delivery date - we can not guarantee that the shirts will arrive for your event if it is prior to the estimated delivery date at checkout. We recommend checking out using the '10 business day ship' option at checkout.
  • We are unable to purchase the blank youth shirts for as low as we are able to purchase the blank adult shirts. Therefor - we are unable to offer youth shirts at the same pricing option. 
  • Please note - if youth shirts are added on after your online order then the design can only be printed as large as the smallest shirt size allows

Yes! You can order any number of colors and/or sizes for your order as long as the artwork remains the same.

**Do note that sizes 2XL and greater incur additional fees.
